Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
This technique combines gentle tapping with acupressure points to help release negative emotions and limiting beliefs. EFT can be a powerful tool for managing stress, anxiety, and past traumas.

Inner Child Matrix
This approach focuses on healing childhood wounds that may be impacting your present life. By connecting with your inner child, you can release negative emotions and develop a more positive self-image.

Yes, therapy is confidential. Everything you discuss in our sessions will be kept private, with a few exceptions required by law and I will ask for your written permission to break confidentiality.

Counselling sessions are available for 60 minutes at £35 for students, £45 for concessions, and £55 for the general public. 

For those seeking a more intensive approach, I offer breakthrough coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) programs. These programs are available in two options: a 4-session package lasting 3 hours each for £1000 (with flexible payment options), or a 6-session package lasting 2 hours each for £900.

For Energy Flow therapy, both as a standalone service for £45 per session or combined with counselling for £55 per 60-minute session.

Therapy session lengths vary, counselling and energy flow are both 60 mins long (individually or together) and BTC NLP ranges from 2 hours to 3 hours long.

I do offer a limited number of weekend and evening appointments to accommodate busy schedules.

Yes, I do offer online therapy sessions for clients who prefer the convenience and privacy of meeting virtually.

If you need to cancel an appointment, notify me 2 days before. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
